conversations. Within this larger mission, we propose a special thematic event titled “Life
Beyond 40s”, spotlighting the stories and needs of individuals—especially women—as
they transition into their 40s and beyond. This event will honor the life experiences,
changes, and challenges faced in this phase—from perimenopause and menopause to
societal expectations, self-discovery, and empowerment. It will create a safe, joyful, and
reflective space to share wisdom and explore holistic well-being. |
